For Custom Design Very Big Tower Sets, we will print your high resolution design on one, two, three or four sides of each block.
You may also choose how many of the blocks you wish to customise: 9 (1/6 of the blocks); 18 (1/3 of the blocks); 27 (half the blocks) or all 54 blocks in the set.
Please email your design file to design@realgames.com.au quoting your order reference number. Once we have received your design file and checked it, we will email you back with a mock up of the design to be applied design to each block for your confirmation before going to print.
How to create your Design File:
Please use the applicable Design File Template (PDF) found in the DOCUMENTS tab and read the attached artwork guidance before sending your design file back to us. There are plenty of ways to add your design to the Template - you don’t need graphic design skills! There are more tips on how to do this in the design template which is downloadable in the documents tab.
If the same design is to be applied to every block you only need to send us artwork for a single block. In this case, please just use the single block design template. You can let us worry about duplicating your artwork or message across all of the custom blocks that you have ordered.
If you wish to vary the design across blocks, please use the multiple block design template that corresponds to the number of blocks that you are customising. e.g. If you are customising all 54 blocks please use the 54 block template or if you are only customising 9 blocks, please use the 9 block design template.
Artwork Guidance:
Please ensure that your artwork is high enough resolution to be printed at your desired size - you can check this by viewing your Design File PDF at 100% scale, you should be able to see exactly how it will print - if there is pixelation, this will show in the print. For logos, you can avoid pixelation by using a vector file (.Ai, .SVG, .EPS, etc) to create your Template - vector files will not pixelate.
Limited Assistance:
If you do not have the skills to create a Design File, we can help to construct the design file for you - provided that your design is simple and you know exactly what you would like. Please note, this does not include any design work such as creating graphics or coming up with design ideas. The detail design concept must be yours and we will simply construct it for you as long as your requirements are very clear. Any logos or images to be incorporated must be provided by you in a vector file (.Ai, .SVG, .EPS, etc) or a high resolution JPG or PNG. We reserve the right to charge an additional design fee if your design requirements are complex and if this is the case, we will advise you before commencing.
