Who are we?
Established in 2015, RealGames is an online outlet owned by Australia's leading wholesaler of good quality traditional games. We have been in the traditional games business as designers, wholesalers and distributors since 2008. Our mission is to offer well made traditional games at the best possible price point. The efficiencies we obtain through high volumes are passed directly on to you the customer.
We offer a prompt customer focussed service and unlike some online businesses, we are happy for you to phone us in regards to any queries that you might have. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service, we encourage you to get in touch so that we may have the opportunity to resolve any concerns. Above all, your satisfaction is our top priority.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google G Pay options at checkout. Alternatively you can also call us to order and pay over the phone by credit card or we can email you an invoice for payment by direct deposit.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Our online payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest online payment processors. Stripe has been audited and certified by a PCI-certified auditor at Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Your credit card details at no stage are visible or accessible to us and are securely encrypted to prevent unauthorised access.
Where are you located?
Our showroom and warehouse is located in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, all are welcome to drop in and say g'day. You can collect your online purchases or buy directly from the showroom if you so please! All are welcome.

Where are the games made?
Our games are designed by us in Australia and manufactured offshore by our trusted manufacturing partners. We work closely with high quality ethical suppliers to ensure the games meet our stringent design, quality and manufacturing requirements.
Are the games good quality?
Over the years we have developed strong relationships with reputable manufacturers that reliably produce to our strict quality standards. We stand behind our products and if you are at all unhappy with your purchase we urge you to get in touch and share your concerns.
Are the games Sustainable?
Our products are manufactured from sustainably sourced quality timber.
Are the games vegan friendly?
No animal products are used to manufacture our games. So yes, they are vegan friendly :)
If I choose Pick Up, how soon can I collect my order?
Orders are available immediately from our Brookvale warehouse upon placing your order. We are open for pick up Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
How do I know if a product is in stock before I purchase it?
All stock you can purchase on our website is available in our Sydney warehouse. If we do discover an issue with an item you have purchased that will delay shipping, we will contact you. Over 90% of our orders ship within one business day.
Do you sell spare parts?
Not as a rule but we always try to help our valued customers out. If you're missing something we're more than happy for you to contact us about any bits and pieces you might need and we will see what we can do.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Sorry - we don't do gift wrapping, but you can add a gift message to your order :)
I don't want the receiver to know what's in the package – can you remove the branding?
Yes! You can request your order to be packaged in a plain carton during checkout.
The order is a gift – is it possible to not send an invoice with the order?
We don't include invoices with the order. Invoices and order details are emailed directly to the purchaser.
Are your products suitable for small children?
Some of our games do involve small parts that may pose a choking risk, said games come with an age warning. However the majority are suitable for ages 8 and up.
